In the case of printed items, they are print on demand, or printed upon ordering. As a result, there are no returns on these items. If there is a problem, poorly printed item, broken or damaged item, etc., please contact us asap. There is a 4 week window to replace such items.
Orders for printed merchandise are fulfilled and shipped by Printful direct to you. There are no additional shipping fees on these products. We are unable to combine orders from lindadiakquilts.com with orders placed on dyakcraft.com.
Fulfillment times vary based on item. Totes, printed and then sewn once ordered, run 2-3 weeks, mugs approximately 1-2 weeks. Stickers approximately one week. Shipping once product is completed is an ever changing landscape these days. Items are shipped ground using UPS, FedEx, USPS from the fulfillment site, which at the moment is either North Carolina or California, except for Totes. Totes at this time are being fulfilled in Mexico, and shipped from California. We ask for your understanding and patience.
